A new year has come. It has been a time to reflect and cast new vision. A time to count my blessings and reflect on the lessons learned from this past year. This year has already started with a bang. I am reminded that I need to surrender all to God. Sometimes you love so much it hurts. The more I have surrendered to Christ's love the more love I am able to lavish onto others. That ache is a profound reminder of just how much Jesus loves me and you. He sacrificed himself for me. He took the load for me and he continues to carry my loads.
Like any year I know this year will have disappointments and heart-ache along with victories and joy. My heart's desire is that I would put on these verses Phil 4:6-7 and Romans 15:13.
I have a vague idea of the direction this year will go but I have no clue what will take place. I'm living in the Clearly Unknown, trusting my Savior each step of the way.
