Fro-Yo and The Loft

Spring Break has been a full week. But I'm sure you would be happy to know I did take some time to relax and have fun. :) It has been so hot out all week my body and mind are switching gears in preparation for summer, and that is not a good thing! I still have 6 weeks left of school before I graduate so I do not need to be daydreaming of summer. Last night after I got off of work at Pump It Up, I went to BTO Yogurt with my friend Laura. That place always hits the spot, simply delicious!!

Then after our delicious treat we met up with lots of friends at The Loft and watched a classic: Back To The Future.
I would argue, one of the greatest movies of all time. It was a fun way to bring in the weekend and start to finish up spring break.

Now, I am looking forward to a relaxing Saturday morning. :)

A new year has come. It has been a time to reflect and cast new vision. A time to count my blessings and reflect on the lessons learned from this past year. This year has already started with a bang. I am reminded that I need to surrender all to God. Sometimes you love so much it hurts. The more I have surrendered to Christ's love the more love I am able to lavish onto others.  That ache is a profound reminder of just how much Jesus loves me and you. He sacrificed himself for me.  He took the load for me and he continues to carry my loads.

Like any year I know this year will have disappointments and heart-ache along with victories and joy. My heart's desire is that I would put on these verses Phil 4:6-7 and Romans 15:13

I have a vague idea of the direction this year will go but I have no clue what will take place. I'm living in the Clearly Unknown, trusting my Savior each step of the way.
